Does nothing

Someone sent me a picture in a .pub format, so I couldn’t open it. I got this app to help, because all the publisher apps would have me paying piles of money to view one photo. When I opened the pic in this app, though, all it showed me was the icon, and info about the icon. What a waste. Who thought this was a good idea?
